chroma_sample_position is a single bit and cannot hold the 2-bit AV1 value, so CSP_COLOCATED was silently truncated to CSP_UNKNOWN. tg_start and tg_end are meaningless because the bitstream is submitted with per tile granularity. libva deprecated all three without a replacement. Contributing
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
