Viktor Szakats 2ded2f95c5 tidy-up: prefer term 'container' over 'docker'

To reflect the support for multiple container engines, and to make
terminology more consistent and implementation-agnostic.

Also:
- add FIXME for `docker-machine ip` command that has been dropped
  upstream.

Follow-up to 9bd1f16dc2 #2605
