3817bbd736 Preparing for separate pre-compiled header file required by Clang 
- Once doing that, including more headers to PCH, not just vcl.h
- Clang won't need explicit include, but we will probably keep it anyway.
- #pragma hdrstop has no effect in Clang

e09e95ee43 Upgrade to C++ Builder 11 
Comments:
- .res files seem to be linked automatically, so explicit entries in project files caused duplicates
- JCL updated for compatibility with BCB11 (jcld28win32.inc obtained by running JCJ installer [uninstalled afterwards])

b7f119487f Bug 2212: winscp.net root certificate is always trusted when checking for updates, even when (corporate managed) Windows certificate store does not trust it

UpdatesRootCA.pem is DigiCert Global Root CA (of winscp.net) exported from Chrome (export from Firefox is identical). The certificate expires on 10 Nov 2031.

5759559ad3 Bug fix: Focus was lost after checking for updates 
Fixed by removing the guarding code that prevented actions with the active window while checking for updates. The code was there likely because the previous VCL HTTP implementation pumped the Windows message queue, what the current neon implementation does not. Guard was added for the main window anyway (although likely not needed).
