Bundle libglib2.0-0 in the AppImage
Qt requires libgthread-2.0.so.0, which is provided by libglib2.0-0. Some distributions (reported on openSUSE Leap 16) do not have it installed system-wide, so the AppImage failed to start with "libgthread-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file". An AppImage is expected to carry all of its dependencies, so the package is now included in the image. Not verified with a full AppImage build; the package list change is the same mechanism as the other bundled libraries. Fixes #283
