The possibility to address services by ordinal number is removed. First, it is unreliable (after each config modification involving a change in services, one will have to remember to revamp one's lua sources as well), secondly it is not quite clear how to distinguish between per-listener and global services. Add support for global services (distinguished by '/' prefix in their names). Add more meta-methods. Test everything. * src/pndlua.c (service_set_index, service_get_index): Remove. (service_get_name): Return empty string if service has no name. Prefix the name with '/' for global services. (service_set_name): If the service name starts with '/', remove it and look up the resulting name in global services. (service_get_locus): Fix use after free. (pndlua_service_index): Don't allow to address services by index. (pndlua_dcl_service): Implement __len, __pairs, and __tostring. * tests/lua-service.at: New file. * tests/Makefile.am: Add new test. * tests/testsuite.at: Add new test.
