Add a utility that can be used to perform a fully automated test of a list of AWS instance types. Suitable regions and AMIs are identified automatically. Results are reported by using iPXE to upload zero-length flag files to an S3 bucket using pre-signed URIs passed in the userdata script. We use single-instance fleets rather than standalone instances. This allows us to specify an expiry time after which any instances will be terminated automatically, even if the test script itself crashes. This initial version of the test script verifies the ability to download a 1MB test file (created by the test itself and placed in the same S3 bucket), and verifies that the interface survives being closed and reopened.
