Andrea Longo 0747c9a191 mention that tiny files are not compressed, also other typos (#1357)
Came up in a customer issue. Specifically the threshold is 4 kb and
there is no configuration option. (Nor does Klaus want one.)

Worth adding? With how much detail? The threshold choice is because of
typical block size on disk. You will use at least that much anyway so
why bother compressing.

Drive-by fix tacked onto this PR: correct typos in some `mc anonymous`
examples.

.. start-minio-api-sync-events
Enables synchronous :ref:`bucket notifications <minio-bucket-notifications>`.
Specify ``on`` to direct MinIO to wait until the remote target returns success on receipt of an event before processing further events.
Defaults to ``off``, or asynchronous bucket notifications where MinIO does not wait for the remote target to return success on receipt of an event.
.. end-minio-api-sync-events
.. start-minio-settings-no-config-option
This setting does not have a configuration setting option.
.. end-minio-settings-no-config-option
.. start-minio-settings-defined
You can establish or modify settings by defining:
- an *environment variable* on the host system prior to starting or restarting the MinIO Server.
Refer to your operating system's documentation for how to define an environment variable.
- a *configuration setting* using :mc:`mc admin config set`.
- a *configuration setting* using the :ref:`MinIO Console's <minio-console-settings>` :guilabel:`Administrator > Settings` pages.
If you define both an environment variable and the similar configuration setting, MinIO uses the environment variable value.
Some settings have only an environment variable or a configuration setting, but not both.
.. end-minio-settings-defined
.. start-minio-settings-test-before-prod
.. important::
Each configuration setting controls fundamental MinIO behavior and functionality.
MinIO **strongly recommends** testing configuration changes in a lower environment, such as DEV or QA, before applying to production.
