Add missing trailing newline to libgomp-gfortran-path.patch

Without it GNU patch reads the final context line as incomplete, warns
"patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line", drops that line, and
reports fuzz 1 on the hunk. The hunk now applies with a plain offset.

This is the residual issue after 9d32fc5 fixed the file's line endings;
the leftover fuzz was the newline, not CRLF.
