Neil Spring 43d56bc35f Use getdeps absl for the rdma-unit suite

Summary:
The rdma-unit suite fetched its own Abseil with CMake FetchContent. It now uses the getdeps `absl` project: platforms with a new-enough distro package install it instead of compiling from source, and source builds stay pinned to the same rev so the built code is unchanged.

No functional change intended. Only the test variant's Abseil sourcing changes.

- Drop the test-conditional `glog` entry, an exact duplicate of the unconditional one (`metaroce`).

Building using `fbcode_builder`

Continuous integration builds are powered by fbcode_builder, a tiny tool shared by several Facebook projects. Its files are in ./fbcode_builder (on Github) or in fbcode/opensource/fbcode_builder (inside Facebook's repo).

Start with the READMEs in the fbcode_builder directory.

./fbcode_builder_config.py contains the project-specific configuration.
