Sergei Trofimovich da2a33de0f tests: fix calloc() argument list (gcc-14 fix) ...

`gcc-14` added a new `-Wcalloc-transposed-args` warning recently. It
detected minor infelicity in `calloc()` API usage in `mbedtls`:

          |                                              ^
