lz4 -b compresses each file into a frame, as lz4 does with the same options (-B#, -BD, -BX, --content-size,
--favor-decSpeed, -D, -T#), sharing their derivation (LZ4IO_framePreferences()), except the content checksum,
disabled unless --frame-crc. By default, one compression thread (as -T1) : same frames as lz4.
--single-thread : frames compressed by the main thread alone, in liblz4's single-threaded mode (nbWorkers == 0),
for compression and benchmark ; with linked blocks, output can differ from -T1.
