* doc/Makefile.am: fix installation of HTML pages
* doc/libxslt-api.xml: rebuilt
* libxslt/xsltexports.h: cleanup
* python/generator.py: ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED is after the parameter
* xsltproc/xsltproc.c: applied Crutcher Dunnavant --load-trace patch 2
