Daniel Veillard ed85c17b6a Too tired to do some code, prepared documentation: 
- Makefile.am configure.in doc/Makefile.am: added a doc subdir
  and the rules to generates the makefiles.
- doc/libxslt.sgml doc/xslt.html: very first version of the manual
- doc/html/*.html : autogenerated documentation
- libxslt/xsltInternals.h: fixed a typedef wich was breaking gtk-doc

                  XSLT support for libxml2

		  http://xmlsoft.org/

 Requires libxml2 >= 2.2.12 with XPath support. It won't even compile
otherwise.
 Check the FEATURES file for informations about completeness
 Check the Changelog too to keep track of progresses.
