  informations for Windows/MSC
* libxslt/libxslt.h libxslt/*.c: internal header to centralize
  includes switches
* libxslt/Makefile.am: added libxslt.h and xsltwin32config.h[.in]
* libxslt/*.[ch] libxslt/*.in: quite a bit of cleanup, especially
  the email addresses
* AUTHORS: added William

                  XSLT support for libxml2

		  http://xmlsoft.org/

 Requires libxml2 >= 2.3.6 with XPath support. It won't even compile
otherwise.
 Check the FEATURES file for informations about completeness
 Check the Changelog too to keep track of progresses.
