Viktor Szakats f928da9f95 appveyor.yml: choco install improvements [ci skip]

- avoid outputting 4000 log lines by hiding the progress bar.
  Reduces log size by 5x.

- decrease timeout (from the default 2700 seconds).

- omit unnecessary output.

Tested as part of #846
