Viktor Szakats d70cee360e cmake: support absolute CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR/CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR 
in `libssh2.pc`.

Also use `${exec_prefix}` (instead of `${prefix}`) as a base for `libdir`.
