Joseph Myers 8a7b4dc6d0 Use Linux 5.11 in build-many-glibcs.py. 
This patch makes build-many-glibcs.py use Linux 5.11.

Tested with build-many-glibcs.py (host-libraries, compilers and glibcs
builds).
