	(bug-regex14-ENV): Set.
	(bug-regex14-mem): New target.
	* posix/bug-regex14.c: New file.

	* elf/Makefile ($(objpfx)librtld.map): Use temporary file for output
	target, so we don't touch it when the link fails.
