	* stdio-common/Makefile (routines): Remove lockfile.  Add
	flockfile, ftrylockfile, and funlockfile.
	* sysdeps/generic/lockfile.c: Removed.  Each function has its own file.
	* sysdeps/generic/flockfile.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/ftrylockfile.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/funlockfile.c: New file.
