* stdlib/strtod.c (STRTOF): Use extra macro to make STRTOF's #defn
 	a weak symbol instead of literal "STRTOF".

	* locale/setlocale.c: Work around ld bug: don't weakify refs to
 	_nl_{current,C}_*.
