* stdlib/strfmon.c [USE_IN_LIBIO]: Define lock variable and store
	point in FILE structure before calling _IO_init.
	* stdlib/Makefile: Add -D_IO_MTSAFE_IO to CFLAGS for strfmon and
	strfmon_l if necessary.
