Joseph Myers 48526672b6 Add CLONE_NEWCGROUP from Linux 4.6 to bits/sched.h. ...

This patch adds CLONE_NEWCGROUP, new in Linux 4.6, to
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sched.h.

Tested for x86_64 and x86 (testsuite, and that installed stripped
shared libraries are unchanged by the patch).

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sched.h [__USE_GNU]
	(CLONE_NEWCGROUP): New macro.
