	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/sysconf.c (__sysconf): Don't handle
	_SC_CPUTIME and _SC_THREAD_CPUTIME here.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/sysconf.c (__sysconf): Likewise.
