	* sysdeps/generic/Makefile (elf/shared): Add unwind-pe.
	* sysdeps/generic/unwind-pe.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/unwind-pe.h: Only prototypes for _LIBC without
	_LIBC_DEFINITIONS.

	* posix/regexec.c: Likewise.
