H.J. Lu 6e342af6e7 Hide internal __sysinfo function [BZ #18822] ...

Hide internal __sysinfo function to allow direct access within libc.so and
libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/include/sys/sysinfo.h (__sysinfo): Add
	attribute_hidden.
