math: Fix UB on sinhf (BZ 32921)

The left shift overflows for 'int', use uint64_t instead. It syncs
with CORE-MATH commit bbfabd99.

Checked on aarch64-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnu, and i686-linux-gnu.
