This change in behavior was introduced in 4.1.1, as part of the
2001-09-28 change. cp and mv still fail for commands like this:
rm -rf a b c; mkdir a b c; touch a/f b/f; mv a/f b/f c
* src/copy.c (triple_hash_no_name): New function.
(src_info_init): New function.
