fakedriver: remove useless methods

Browse Source 
Since the refactor done in #756, some methods have been removed from the
driver interface. Remove those methods from `fakedriver`:

 - `StartDocker()`
 - `StopDocker()`
 - `GetDockerConfigDir()`
 - `GetSSHCommand()`
