Ahmet Alp Balkan b3b00f07f4 integ-cli: remove bash dependency from TestSaveDirectoryPermissions 
Use the new `runCommandPipelineWithOutput` helper to
remove bash dependency required for piping in
`TestSaveDirectoryPermissions`.
