Akihiro Suda 9977ce25d8 Fix broken JSON support in cli/command/formatter ...

How to test (it should not print `{}`, and just returns JSON with the actual data):

   $ docker images --format '{{json .}}'
   $ docker container stats --format '{{json .}}'
