drh 9d65290207 Rename SQLITE_ENABLE_MULTITHREADED_CHECKS to SQLITE_THREAD_MISUSE_WARNINGS. 
Run test cases with that option. Also add the
SQLITE_THREAD_MISUSE_ABORT option.
