dan e4facb4585 When a single loop uses an IN(...) expression and a LIKE/GLOB expression with an index, nest the 2-iteration loop that scans ranges of text and blob values using the LIKE/GLOB pattern inside the IN(...) loop in order to ensure that results are scanned in index order.
