Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/15013 Add `--use_async_db_api` to db_stress and route direct `DB::Get` and value `DB::MultiGet` reads through the callback async APIs (`DB::GetAsync` / `DB::MultiGetAsync`) when coroutine support is available. The db_stress helpers block on callback completion and notify waiters while holding the callback lock, so existing stress-test control flow and callback lifetime are preserved. Builds without coroutine support silently keep the existing synchronous path. Centralize the dispatch in db_stress helpers and use them for workload, verification, secondary, and consistency/debug reads while leaving transaction and entity APIs on their existing paths. Randomize `use_async_db_api` in `tools/db_crashtest.py` one run in six. Reviewed By: jaykorean Differential Revision: D111132477 fbshipit-source-id: 2aeac267867d8501131161c9fdbaf1da2b0c51d5
RocksDB: A Persistent Key-Value Store for Flash and RAM Storage
RocksDB is developed and maintained by Facebook Database Engineering Team. It is built on earlier work on LevelDB by Sanjay Ghemawat (sanjay@google.com) and Jeff Dean (jeff@google.com)
This code is a library that forms the core building block for a fast key-value server, especially suited for storing data on flash drives. It has a Log-Structured-Merge-Database (LSM) design with flexible tradeoffs between Write-Amplification-Factor (WAF), Read-Amplification-Factor (RAF) and Space-Amplification-Factor (SAF). It has multi-threaded compactions, making it especially suitable for storing multiple terabytes of data in a single database.

See the github wiki for more explanation.
The public interface is in include/. Callers should not include or
rely on the details of any other header files in this package. Those
internal APIs may be changed without warning.
