Code

Remove unused _bt_delitems_delete() argument.

Browse Source 
The latestRemovedXid values used by nbtree deletion operations are
determined by _bt_delitems_delete()'s caller, so there is no reason to
pass a separate heapRel argument.

Oversight in commit d168b666823.
