CREATE DOMAIN ... DEFAULT NULL failed because gram.y special-cases DEFAULT

Browse Source 
NULL and DefineDomain didn't.  Bug goes all the way back to original coding
of domains.  Per bug #3396 from Sergey Burladyan.
