Code

Support writing "CREATE/ALTER TABLE ... SET STORAGE DEFAULT".

Browse Source 
We already allow explicitly writing DEFAULT for SET COMPRESSION,
so it seems a bit inflexible and non-orthogonal to not have it
for STORAGE.
