- Merge sslaccept and sslconnect.
 - Atomically "reset" vio to VIO_TYPE_SSL when the SSL connection has
   succeeded, this avoids having to revert anything and thus protects
   against "close_active_vio" in the middle.
 - Add some variance to the testcase
