Kentoku SHIBA d4bdf1c0b6 MDEV-16508 spider: sql_mode not maintained between spider node and data nodes (#1347) 
Add the following parameter.

- spider_sync_sql_mode
  Local sql_mode synchronous existence to remote server.
   0 : It doesn't synchronize.
   1 : It synchronizes.
  The default value is 1
