changed 'charset', 'collation' field length from 64 to MY_CS_NAME_SIZE(32)
in tables:
SCHEMATA, TABLES, COLUMNS, CHARACTER_SETS,
COLLATIONS, COLLATION_CHARACTER_SET_APPLICABILITY
