  Cleanup of db option cacheing
sql/sql_db.cc:
  Cleanup of db option cacheing
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Cleanup of db option cacheing
sql/sql_table.cc:
  sprintf -> strxmov
sql/table.cc:
  key_read should be tested on key parts, not the whole key
