tests for the bug and associated is moved into another file because
they appeared to be binlog-format sensitive.

  binlog format sensitive piece of test moved to sp_trans_log.
mysql-test/r/sp_trans_log.result:
  new results
mysql-test/t/sp_trans_log.test:
  binlog-format sensitive part of sp_trans.test
