Let TABLE_SHARE::tdc.free_tables, TABLE_SHARE::tdc.all_tables,
TABLE_SHARE::tdc.flushed and corresponding invariants be protected by
per-share TABLE_SHARE::tdc.LOCK_table_share instead of global LOCK_open.
