Don't add service name to read config file segments if it's "MySQL"
Fixed possible memory leak when CHANGE USER failed.


include/mysql_com.h:
  Change back service name to MySQL (With new, better spelling)
myisam/myisamchk.c:

sql/mysqld.cc:
