  Truncate table now work even if there is open trx
mysql-test/r/innodb_cache.result:
  One query in cache
mysql-test/t/innodb.test:
  Truncate table now succeed even if there is an open transaction
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Added implicit commit for temp table CREATE TABLE, TRUNCATE TABLE, CREATE/DROP DATABASE.
