Remove wrong assert in log_event_server.cc

The test for:
DBUG_ASSERT(thd->lex->query_tables != table_list);
does not make any sense:
- table_list is a pointer we just got from malloc)()
- thd->lex->query_tables can point to an existing TABLE_LIST
  or is a pointer to already freed memory.

In 'main' I got the above assert multiple times triggered when
running rpl.rpl_row_img_blobs on a valgrind build. There was
nothing wrong with the allocations, just random change have
malloc return a recently freed pointer.
