Fix MSAN failure in mysqltest with --cursor-protocol after CC update

CONC-821 in Connector/C 3.3.21 no longer resets *length for string
binds, so for NULL values the length array in append_stmt_result()
stayed uninitialized. Zero-fill it on allocation.
