User variables storing hex values (e.g., SET @mask = 0x15) are stored as binary strings in MariaDB with charset=binary. When val_str() is called, it returns raw binary data instead of text representation, causing ConstantColumn to be initialized with incorrect values (0). Fix: In buildConstantColumnMaybeNullUsingValStr(), detect binary charset user variables and interpret the string as a little-endian integer. Fixes queries like: SET @mask = 0x15; SELECT * FROM t WHERE (col & @mask) = @mask;

It is built by porting InfiniDB 4.6.7 on MariaDB and adding entirely new features not found anywhere else.
