Serguey Zefirov ae693414b9 fix(JSON): MCOL-6405 - make JSON functions stateless ...

This particular patch makes JSON functions stateless and allows for
their use with substantial data (>8192 rows). It fixes JSON_SEARCH so
that 'basic' MTR suite is clean under 12.3 Enterprise and Community
servers.
