Make the behavior identical to InnoDB:
* Support for `CHAR()`, `VARCHAR` and `BLOB` columns in math functions and arithmetic
* Support above data types along with DATE/TIME/DATETIME/TIMESTAMP for aggregation functions SUM and AVG.
