1. Extend the calpontsys.syscolumn system catalog table
with a new column, 'charsetnum'.
'charsetnum' field is set to the 'number' member of the
'charset_info_st' struct defined in the server in m_ctype.h.
For CHAR/VARCHAR/TEXT column types, 'charset_info_st' is
initialized to the charset/collation of the column, which
is set at the column-level or at the table-level in the DDL.
For BLOB/VARBINARY binary column types, 'charset_info_st' is
initialized to my_charset_bin (charsetnum=63).
For all other column types, charsetnum is set to 0.
2. Add support for the newly added 'charsetnum' column in the
automatic system catalog upgrade logic in dbbuilder.
For existing table definitions, charsetnum for the column is
defaulted to 0.
3. Add MTR test case that creates a few table definitions with
a range of charset/collation combinations and queries the
calpontsys.syscolumn system catalog table with the charsetnum
field for the columns in the table DDLs.
We have added a new function, SystemCatalog::upgrade(), which will
create a new column in the database and fill it with default values.
It uses a reference column to fill the column, which is passed as a
std::unordered_map<key, value> value to SystemCatalog::upgrade()
function, where key is the target column which needs to be created.
In addition, we pass additional std::unordered_map's to
SystemCatalog::upgrade() containing information such as the datatypes
and colwidths of the target and reference columns, as well as the
default value which will be used to fill the target column.

Also add the "columnstore-" prefix the the components so that MariaDB's
packaging system understands then and add a line to include them in
MariaDB's packaging.

ColumnStore now uses standard bin/lib paths for pretty much everything.
Data path is now hard-coded to /var/lib/columnstore.
This patch also:
* Removes v1 decompression
* Removes a bunch of unneeded files
* Removes COLUMNSTORE_INSTALL_DIR / $INSTALLDIR
* Makes my.cnf.d work for all platforms (MCOL-3558)
* Changes configcpp to use recursive mutex (fixes possible config write deadlock)
* Fixes MCOL-3599 Fix regr functions, The library was installed in the wrong location
* Fixes a bunch of Ubuntu packaging issues
* Changes the binary names of several of the executables so as not to
clash with potential executables from other packages
This patch:
* Moves config files from /usr/local/mariadb/columnstore/etc to
ENGINE_SYSCONFDIR/columnstore (ENGINE_SYSCONFDIR is /etc by default)
* Sets a define called MCSSYSCONFDIR whic contains the
ENGINE_SYSCONFDIR compile time setting
* Modifies scripts and code to use the new paths
* Removes a whole bunch of files we don't use
With 1.1 we have removed libdrizzle and used MariaDB's client library
instead for both CrossEngine and QueryStats. Unfortunately MariaDB 10.2
has two client libraries which have different structs with the same
name. When QueryStats was running inside the ColumnStore plugin this
symbol conflict was causing a crash.
The server's built-in client API has several different and several
missing functions so some additions to sm.cpp were made to fill the
gaps.
This patch does the following:
* Make sure that libmariadb is only linked to executables, not the
ColumnStore Plugin (to avoid symbol conflicts). Note that all
executables that link to CrossEngine and/or QueryStats need to link to
libmariadb to avoid missing symbol issues.
* Use the server's built-in client API for QueryStats when run in the
plugin
* Replace missing server built-in client API calls in sm.cpp (this is
for QueryStats and CrossEngine to keep the dynamic linker happy)
* Fixes issue where using 'localhost' as the MariaDB Server hostname
would fail in QueryStats.
This does the following:
* Switch resource manager to a singleton which reduces the amount of
times the XML data is scanned and objects allocated.
* Make the I_S tables use the FE implementation of the system catalog
* Make the I_S.columnstore_columns table use the RID list cache
* Make the extentmap pre-allocate a vector instead of many small allocs
Remove generated Makefiles
Update Makefile.am to specify RPATH as a subdirectory of --prefix
Remove configure artifacts such as config.log, config.h, etc
Remove unneeded backup files (files ending in tilde ~)
